Amanda Blake
Amanda Blake, born as Beverly Louise Neill, was an incredibly popular American actor. Her most famous role was being the actress who played actress Miss Kitty Russell in the TV film 'Gunsmoke'. Apart from that her appearance in the television shows "The Red Skelton Show", "Tattletales" and "The Edge of Night". Also, she appeared in hundreds of films, such as 'Stars in My Crown' 'Duchess Of Idaho', 'Cattle Town', 'Miss Robin Crusoe' "About Mrs. Leslie', 'The Adventures Hajji Baba', 'High Society' as well as 'The Boost'. Blake is a former phone operator and animal lover, loved animals. She and her partner Frank Gilbert and she were one of the first humans who successfully bred Cheetahs. This American model was one of co-founders of Arizona Animal Welfare League (AAWL). In addition to being a board member of the Humane Society of the United States Blake is a part of an extensive history. Blake was inducted into the Hall of Great Western Performers of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. In addition, the American Cancer Society also gave her the Courage Award.
